1. Processing time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Estimated shipping times
Delivery time begins once your order has shipped:
- U.S. (Contiguous 48 States): 3–5 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–18 business days (varies by destination and carrier)
Please note: delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or weather conditions.
3. Free shipping
Free standard shipping is available worldwide on orders of $75 or more (subtotal before taxes and after discounts). If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will appear automatically at checkout.
4. Shipping rates
For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated by destination and number of items:
U.S. — Contiguous 48 States
- $5.99 for the first item
- + $2.00 for each additional item
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
- $8.99 for the first item
- + $2.00 for each additional item
International (Worldwide)
- $9.99 for the first item
- + $2.00 for each additional item
All rates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
5. Tracking
Tracking is provided when available. International tracking may only update once the package reaches your destination country.
