Returns & Replacements Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products and our workmanship.

1. Replacements (Defects or Our Error)

If your item arrives defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Replacement orders are prioritized to ship as quickly as possible.

2. Returns (U.S. Only)

We accept returns for eligible U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be new, unused, and unwashed
  • Items must be returned in original condition

3. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • A $5.95 return label fee will be deducted per order if a return is approved

4. Exchanges / Final Sale

Items received as part of an exchange are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged again.

5. International Orders

At this time, we do not accept international returns.

6. How to Start a Return or Replacement

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your request
  • Photos (required for defects or damage)
